Q: What is this invoice for?
A: The charges are for prior calls made to the banks 1-900 platform, through your account at www.bankvod.com or www.verifyacheck.com . All invoicing is in a standard telecommunication bill format specific to the calls/faxes made to various banks’.
Q: Can you tell me who the request was for?
A: Due to the banks’ restrictions regarding the privacy of account information the invoice does not include any borrower or requestor information. Tracking is available for transactions sent through www.bankvod.com only and is not available for 900 telecom transactions.
Q: Why was service to the 900 number interrupted?
A: Due to your choice of local phone providers we were unable to place the 900 calls made from your location on your phone bill.

Once payment has been processed, to re-establish access to our banking client’s services please enroll:
For access to Verification of Deposit, Re-Verification/QC Audit, Business Inquiry, Loan Payoff and Verification of Mortgage:
1. Go to www.bankvod.com, click on "Enroll Now" in the Verification of Deposit section and complete the online enrollment form.
2. Within seconds of submitting your enrollment form, you will receive your personal access number for each bank selected.
3. Fax your VOD request directly to the Bank by dialing the personal access number that was provided.
For access to Check Verification applications:
1. Go to www.verifyacheck.com, click on "Enroll Now" and complete the online enrollment form.
2.Within seconds of submitting your enrollment form, you will receive your access number and PIN for all Check Verification programs.
3. Dial your access number and PIN that was provided to enter the main menu of Check Verification programs.
